Pracksidis Wandera is a project administrator, event planner, and environmental advocate who serves as the Project and General Assistant at Sustainable Inclusive Business Kenya (SIB-K), where she plays an active operational role within the Kenya Plastics Pact (KPP). She skillfully applies her organizational expertise to manage corporate coordination, high-level industry engagements, and working group assemblies that drive national circular economy strategies. Beyond her administrative duties, Wandera is deeply committed to grassroots community advocacy, notably serving as the Project Lead for the #BinItRight initiative, where she has coordinated efforts to install designated plastic waste bins in local schools to foster early waste-separation habits. Through her work with the Kenya Plastics Pact—a collaborative national initiative aiming to eliminate plastic pollution through ambitious 2030 targets—she actively supports a network of manufacturers, recyclers, and regulators working together to transition Kenya toward a sustainable, fully circular economy.
